Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident choosing Bobotails. If your purchase isn't right for you, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
You may choose to:
- Return for a refund and place a new order.
- Request a direct exchange, subject to availability.
If exchanging for a different-priced item, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
