Because dog harness sizing can be tricky,we’re happy to help if you ordered the wrong size.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
For size issues, you may choose to：
Return for a refund and place a new order
Request a direct exchange (subject to availability).
If exchanging for a different-priced item, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
