Do both Black and Clear include WiFi control and a camera?
Yes. Both options include WiFi smartphone control and a built-in camera.
Can I control the feeder from my phone?
Yes. Set up the feeder with its compatible mobile app according to the supplied instructions. Check the app and network requirements before installation.
What can I view with the camera?
The built-in camera lets you view the feeding area through the connected app. Position the feeder so that the area you want to check is within the camera’s view.
What should I check before the first automatic feeding?
Follow the setup instructions and test dispensing with your pet’s food while you are at home. Check the amount actually dispensed against your pet’s feeding needs before relying on the feeder.
Will it keep working during a power or internet outage?
Outage behavior has not yet been confirmed for this model. Please check the product manual or contact us before relying on continued feeding, app control or camera viewing during an outage.
Can the feeder replace a caregiver while I am away?
No. It supports your feeding routine but does not replace in-person checks, fresh water, cleaning or attention to your pet’s wellbeing. Arrange a caregiver when you are away.
