• In Stock products ship within 3–5 business days. Order before December 18th 11:59pm CT** and Bobotails will make its best efforts to ensure that all eligible orders will arrive in time.
• Customized products ship within 1- 2weeks. Order before December 5th 11:59pm CT.**
• Orders placed after 10 AM CT may require an additional business day for processing. All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends.

Our Return Policy

• We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Bobotails products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days* of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below.
