Shipping Policy

• In Stock products ship within 3–5 business days. Order before December 18th 11:59pm CT** and Bobotails will make its best efforts to ensure that all eligible orders will arrive in time.
• Customized products ship within 1- 2weeks. Order before December 5th 11:59pm CT.**
• Orders placed after 10 AM CT may require an additional business day for processing. All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends.
• ** Please note: We’ll do our best to ensure orders placed by these arrive in time for the holiday giving. Although we make every effort to deliver your orders as soon as reasonably practicable, all holiday shipping cut offs, delivery timelines, or estimated delivery dates are only estimates, not guarantees, are subject to change, and may have certain limitations or exclusions listed in our terms and conditions and shipping policy. Bobotails does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship, or you will receive your gift by these estimated dates. Our Return Policy

• We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Bobotails products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days* of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
