At BoboTails, we believe pet products should be both stylish and practical — because your furry friend deserves nothing but the finest.
As the founder of the Bobotails brand, I have always been a pet lover. It all started when my daughter got a cat named Amy in 2022. It was our family’s first pet and our first exploration of the pet world. From then on, our whole family was deeply immersed in the world of pets, treating Amy as our own child and always wanting to give Amy the best gifts and supplies. Every time we see Amy, this furry kid, dressed up beautifully, we feel very happy. As time went by, two new members were added to our family, a lovely Labrador named Anny and a corgi named Tangyuan. The addition of both has made our lives more fulfilling and also caused us to re-examine pet products. When we wanted to buy stylish harnesses and accessories for Anny, we found that the choices on the market were not satisfactory. Either the styles are single, the colors are boring, or the quality is poor and cannot meet our requirements for fashion and quality of pet products, which makes us a little disappointed with the existing pet products on the market.
Design Initial Inspiration
As time went by, our family welcomed two new members—a lovely Labrador named Anny and a Corgi named Tangyuan. The addition of these two little ones has made our lives even more vibrant, but it also prompted us to take a closer look at the current state of pet products. When we tried to find fashionable harnesses and accessories for them; we were disappointed by the options available on the market: the designs were monotonous, the colors dull, and the quality often subpar. These products fell far short of our expectations for both style and quality in pet accessories, leaving us feeling somewhat disheartened by the existing market offerings.
Technology Originates from Life
When they put on these stylish harnesses and wag their tails with joy, I feel an immense sense of pride and accomplishment. However, this also made me realize that their healthy lifestyle requires more attention—from drinking water and fur care to indoor activities; every detail matters. This inspired me to create a healthier, safer, and more comfortable living environment for them.That’s why my brand has integrated pet tech products: health-focused water dispensers, hassle-free grooming vacuums for fur care, nanny-level smart monitoring cameras, and air purifiers that promote the well-being of both pets and humans. All of this is to ensure that they, just like us, can enjoy a better life enhanced by technology.
The Birth and Naming of the Brand
I decided to create the Bobotails brand. This name not only pays tribute to my beloved dog Bobo, who I once had the joy of raising, but also reflects my deep affection for my current pets—Anny, Tangyuan, and Amy. To make the brand more distinctive, I designed a unique logo for Bobotails.
The two "B" letters in the logo symbolize pet owners treating their pets as babies, showering them with love and care. The two "O" letters are inspired by dogs and cats, representing our "paw-fect" life with both furry companions and our commitment to providing more stylish, safer, healthier, and more comfortable products for dogs and cats. The "Tails" part signifies the joy pets express by wagging their tails when they wear our fashionable harnesses and enjoy the health benefits brought by pet technology. We believe that love for pets begins in every moment of companionship, and Bobotails is an extension of that love.
